Colossos Transfers – Rhodes Island Minivan & Tour Services

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the services provided by Colossos Transfers, including minivan, shuttle, and private tour transport services. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and booking our services, you fully accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Colossos Transfers provides pre-booked private transportation services, including:

• Transfers to/from Rhodes Diagoras Airport, ports, hotels, villas, and private residences

• Island tours and private excursions

• Transfers for events and group transport

All services are carried out by licensed, professional drivers using fully insured vehicles that meet the standards set by the Greek Ministry of Tourism and relevant authorities.

3. Reservations & Payments

• Booking Process: Reservations can be made via our website, contact form, email. You’ll be required to provide accurate details such as full name, contact information, pickup/drop-off location, date, time, number of passengers, and special requirements (e.g., baby seats).

• Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email from us.

• Pricing & Payment: Prices depend on distance, travel time, number of passengers, luggage, and additional accessories. Payment methods include credit/debit cards or cash, as stated on the website. Full payment must be completed before the service is executed.

4. Cancellations & Amendments

• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled transfer without charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior are non-refundable.

• Arrival Delays: We allow 50 minutes of waiting time after your flight lands. Beyond this period, additional charges of €15 per half hour apply. Please notify us promptly in case of unexpected delays.

• Changes to Bookings: Changes (e.g., time, location, passenger count) are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, subject to availability. Changes made after this time may incur extra charges.

• Conduct & Safety: Smoking, drug use, consumption of alcohol, unruly behavior, and transportation of pets without prior notice are strictly prohibited. Drivers reserve the right to cancel the service on the spot without refund if safety or conduct rules are violated.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing correct booking details.

• Punctuality: Be present at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund or additional waiting fees.

• Child Safety: Customers must ensure that infants and children are securely fastened in provided baby/booster seats.

• Respect & Cooperation: Customers must follow safety instructions and behave respectfully during the journey.

• Luggage Declaration: Customers must not transport any dangerous, illegal, or prohibited items. Colossos Transfers is not responsible for the contents of baggage.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Loss or Damage: While we take all reasonable care, Colossos Transfers is not liable for loss or damage to luggage unless due to gross negligence. Customers are responsible for checking their belongings when entering and exiting the vehicle.

• Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as traffic, weather, flight delays, or vehicle breakdowns. However, we will make every effort to communicate and minimize any inconvenience.

• Service Refusal: We reserve the right to deny service if terms are violated, safety is at risk, or illegal activity is suspected.

7. Copyright Notice

All content on this website (including text, images, logos, and design) is the intellectual property of Colossos Transfers or its partners and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. The management and protection of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, available separately on our website, and fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If necessary, jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of Athens, Greece.

10. Modifications to Terms

Colossos Transfers reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon posting. We encourage you to revisit this page regularly.
